Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Shipping.
We accept payment via Google Checkout.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
All international orders must be placed via telephone, fax or e-mail. All international orders must be pre-paid with U.S. currency.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Some products can not be returned if they are opened. These include VHS, CD and DVD.
All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
